The "Combination of pump & Transmission Box" variable-speed hydraulic coupling gravel pump assembly designed by business division of hydraulic transmission is a new hydraulic transmission product aiming at working condition features of gravel pump of dredger and sand pumping vessel.Some targeted optimized imporvement and adjustment have been made om coupling transmission box's appearance and arrangement of internal shafting structure.
The "Combination of pump & Transmission Box" means connecting the pump head of gravel pump direct to the body of coupling transmission box though connecting plate,and connecting the rotor (impeller) of gravel pump direct to output shaft of coupling transmission box.Compared with original gravel pump,the bracket anf bearing box of gravel pump are not used any more.It's characterized by low manufacturing cost,compact structure,small size,and flexible and stable transmission.
