Spark plug inspection:
1. Disassembly: remove the high-voltage branch line on the spark plug in turn, and mark the original position to avoid installation misplacement. In the disassembly, pay attention to clear the dust and debris at the spark plug hole beforehand to prevent debris from falling into the cylinder. When disassembling, use the spark plug sleeve to secure the spark plug, turn the sleeve to remove it and line it up in order.
2. Check: the normal color of the electrode of the spark plug is off-white, if the electrode is burnt black with carbon deposits, it means that there is a malfunction. When checking the spark plug and the cylinder block conduction, with the central high-voltage wire touch the spark plug terminal, and then open the ignition switch, observe the high-voltage electric jump position. If the electric jump position in the spark plug gap, it shows that the spark plug plays a good role, otherwise it is necessary to replace the new.
3. Spark plug electrode gap adjustment: various models of spark plug gap are different, generally should be between 0.7-0.9, check the gap size, available spark plug gauge or thin metal plate. If the gap is too large, the driver handle can be used to gently tap the outer electrode, so that the gap is normal; gap is too small, you can use the driver or metal piece inserted into the electrode outward wrenching.
Spark plug cleaning: spark plug oil or carbon should be cleaned in time, but do not use the flame grill. If the core is damaged or ruptured, it should be replaced.
