Audited Supplier The Altronic CD200D general purpose microprocessor ignition system with high energy capacitor discharge technology for gas reciprocating industrial engines provides maximum engine performance and extends spark plug life by 3-5 times over induction ignition systems. Suitable for 8, 12 or 16 cylinder stationary industrial gas engines, Series 90 ignition systems are available in standard (unshielded) and shielded (explosion proof) versions. Supply voltage is 12 to 24 volts DC. Ignition systems have no moving parts and do not require regular maintenance.
The main difference between the Altronic CD200D ignition system and the CD200 is that the system works with both magnetic and Hall sensors.The CD200D ignition unit utilizes microprocessor technology to process the magnetic pickup signal as it passes through holes or teeth in the steel disk or flywheel. If a Hall sensor is used, a disk or a trigger magnet mounted on the disk is required. This ensures the formation of accurate and coordinated ignition timing in relation to camshaft position and engine cycling.
A WINDOWSTM-based user program gives the operator access to all of the CD200D's functions, including spark energy regulation, automatic ignition angle adjustment (as a function of RPM or analog signal from the load cell), and trip torque. Using these features, the operator can implement certain functions for specific operating conditions. The program also displays diagnostic messages on the screen regarding the status of the primary and secondary circuits of the ignition system. The operator can perform the same diagnostics by flashing the LEDs on the ignition unit. Remote monitoring and data communication using MODBUS-RTU protocol is also a standard feature of the ignition system.

Jinan Guohua Green Power Equipment Co.,Ltd(JNGH),is a high-tech sales &service company of Jinan Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. Established in 2010,JNGH has formed a complete system in sales and after-sales of 190 series engine(jichai brand:6L190,8V190,12V190.16V190)
Main activities:
Initial phase: consultation, designation, supply and assembly of engine power plants, including diesel generators, natural gas generators, coal gas generators and biogas generators.
Intermediate phase: supply of spare parts for Jinan diesel engines (Jichai/chidong brand). JNGH has two warehouses: one in Jinan, which supplies the northern and southern domestic markets, and the other in Xinjiang province, which supplies the western market, enabling spare parts to be delivered quickly and guaranteeing quality.
JNGH also offers an engine overhaul and maintenance service. Thanks to its experienced engineers and professional skills, problems can be easily solved. China, Ghana, Kazakhstan, Vietnam and Myanmar are not the only countries to benefit from JNGH's experience.
Later phase: overhaul and maintenance services offered.
